Lynsey Nordstrom Posed as Jessica Simpson to Distract Tony Romo

Lynsey Nordsstrom was sent to the Giants vs. Cowboys game in Irving Texas by the New York Post as Jessica Simpson in an attempt to throw off Tony Romo’s game.

Romo has a history of playing poorly when a girlfriend watches the game. Both Carrie Underwood, who dated Romo in 2006, and his current love interest, Jessica Simpson are to blame for Romo’s lack of focus on the field.

Lynsey Nordstrom, who is an aspiring makeup artist, was approached by the Post to act as Simpson’s body double and was given good tickets to the game.

Nordstrom wore a pink, No. 9 Cowboys jersey, similar to the one Simpson wore four weeks ago. She tried to get closer the Dallas’ bench but she was quickly turned away.

A security guard told Lynsey Nordstrom “Y’all get back to your seats…We don’t need Jessica Simpson.” By befound@finditt.com - www.finditt.com

Lynsey Nordstrom is the splitting image of Jessica Simpson (or is it spitting image?). Anyway, Lynsey Nordstrom has made a career of being a celebrity look-alike with all the ups and downs that entails.

In fact, depending upon how you look at it Lynsey Nordstrom’s latest gig could be both an up and a down. A guy named Steve from NJ.com is trying to revive the Ruin Romo campaign and acquire the services of Lynsey Nordstrom to distract the Dallas quarterback during this weekend’s football game.

Instead of fans sitting in the stands wearing Jessica masks it will be Lynsey Nordstrom sitting there looking all pretty, ya’ll. Or, perhaps, both Jessica Simpson and Lynsey Nordstrom will be sitting in different places confusing the quarterback more than the Giant’s safety blitz.

On her Myspace page, Lynsey Nordstrom pays homage to Jessica saying that she has been inspired by the singer. A self-confessed dreamer and dork, Lynsey may not know how to separate her sentences into paragraphs, but she’s a thrill-seeker will all the right attributes to become successful: hard worker, passionate and the god-given grace to look like one of the most famous stars on the planet.

Lynsey may not get her cowboy boots at Nordstroms, but if she could get any genetically closer to Jessica, she’d be a clone. So, put on a little Judy Collins singing “Send In the Clones” and cheer on the Ruin Romo gal of the week, Lynsey Nordstrom. - By Celebrity Oops Blog
